Can I use a business or hotel address for delivery?
Nope—residential addresses only. It’s required by law and helps us keep things safe and simple.

How do I order delivery?
You must be 21+ with a valid government issued photo ID. Minimum purchase requirements apply with a $9.99 delivery fee.
- Enter your delivery address & place your order using the Delivery Menu option. The person placing the order MUST be present and have their valid government issued ID available at the time of delivery. At this point in time we are currently only able to deliver to residential addresses. For your order to be delivered before we close, you must place your order no later than 7:00 pm.
- You MUST upload a clear & complete photo of your Government issued Photo ID when placing your order. This information is confidential & only recorded for compliance reasons. We will not share this information. You must upload a clear photo of your entire photo ID. We will confirm that the uploaded ID matches upon arrival.
- You will receive a text confirming your order was received and when the driver has started their route. You will receive a final text when your driver is approaching your delivery location.
- You must place your delivery order by 7pm in order for us to schedule our arrival before 9pm. No delivery orders placed after 7pm will be accepted. We cannot hold orders until the next day.
- When your driver arrives please meet them at your door with your ID, Cash, and Debit, unless you have already paid with Dutchie Pay (+$4.00 service fee for non-cash purchases). Per company policy; delivery drivers are not allowed to enter your dwelling.
- Customers with expired IDs may want to consider visiting the Secretary of State website to schedule an appointment for a new ID.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, we currently add a $9.99 fee to each delivery order, minimum order requirements may apply.
(Minimum delivery order subtotal is subject to a minimum, not including tax or any other discounts)
What Time Does Delivery close?
You must place your delivery order by 6:30pm in order for us to schedule our arrival before 8pm. No delivery orders placed after 6:30pm will be accepted. We cannot hold orders until the next day. We do accept delivery orders to be placed over night for next day delivery.
How do I pay for delivery?
Clarity accepts Cash, Debit & Dutchie Pay (+$4.00 service fee for non-cash purchases).

What ID do I need to upload?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. We need to verify your age before we deliver. No expired IDs allowed.
Can someone else receive my delivery?
Orders must be placed and received by the same person. The name on your order has to match the name on your ID at the door.
What if I can’t upload my ID?
If a disability limits your ability to upload an ID, you can call us directly and a budtender will assist you with your order.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free for seniors (63+), and for everyone else within Hazel Park, Ferndale, and Royal Oak. Outside of that? Just a $9.99 fee.
